However, Michelin’s promotion terms say online tyre purchases are not eligible for this offer. Questions about the 2026 motorcycle tyre offer

When does the Michelin motorcycle tyre promotion run?

Qualifying tyres must be bought and fitted by the same participating dealer between 1 August and 30 September 2026. The final deadline for online claims is 11:59pm on 31 October 2026.

Is the £35 taken off when I pay Sticky-Stuff?

No. You pay Sticky-Stuff for the tyres and fitting, then submit your invoice through Michelin’s claim website. Michelin processes valid cashback claims and pays by direct bank transfer.

Can I qualify by ordering Michelin tyres online?

Michelin’s terms state that online tyre purchases are not eligible. The tyres must be bought from a participating dealer and fitted to the motorcycle by that same dealer. Please call us on 01952 502703 before buying so we can arrange it correctly.

What do I need to make the claim?

You will need to complete Michelin’s online claim form and upload a clear, legible image of your invoice showing the tyres purchased. You will also be asked for the motorcycle registration and your contact details.

How do I enter the draw to win the cost of my tyres back?

Buy up to two eligible tyres, submit a valid promotion claim and opt in to Michelin marketing at the time you make that claim. Michelin’s terms say opting in separately afterwards will not create a valid prize-draw entry.

How quickly will Michelin pay the cashback?

Michelin asks customers to allow three working days for claim processing and up to 60 working days for payment to be authorised and confirmed, plus any time required by the customer’s bank.

Who handles questions about a submitted claim?
