How do I know I'll get the stuff I order from you.?
Well the only instance this may (it's rare trust me) is if what you order is no longer available, it can happen and yes before you say it why list it, well quite simply we list 1000's of items and yes we are humans who work here and it may get overlooked, slipped through the net. Sorry, well rest assured if this should happen we will offer an alternative product and if that turns out not to suit then a full no quibble refund will be given that very day.
How do I know you’re not going take me money and run?

Yes you can but please make contact with us first, please do not just turn up as we like to get your order picked
Are my Payment details safe with you?
We take this very very seriously, your card security is paramount, this is why we have selected Sage Pay & PayPal to take care of this side of things for us, they process millions of payments each year making them one of the UK's largest card processors, they know what they are doing that’s for sure. When you make a payment you actually leave our web site and are joined to Sage Pay secure servers where you then enter your card details, we personally never see or store your card details due to the fact your card is processed via Sage Pay for more info check out our Secure Payment page where it shows graphically how the process works. What happens if my goods are faulty when they are delivered?
Well if they are faulty you simply call us to inform us of any issues, return it to us, we inspect and providing it checks out to been a manufacturing fault your item will be replaced or full refund made back to the card you paid with. Simples..
What's your procedure if I've ordered the wrong item?
Don't worry we all make mistakes, you won't be the first or the last trust me. Simply call or email us, return the item and we'll then get the right item out to you. Oh sorry you will be responsible for any postage costs to return the goods. We can if needed get the goods collected from you but it’s usually cheaper to make your own arrangements.

Why the name Sticky-Stuff?
Ummmmm why, well the Boss Mick is a little cheeky and when he dreamt up the idea to set up a website selling Motorcycle Tyres whilst sat outside one fine summers night after a BBQ with the family came up with the name, Sticky as in Sticky tyres and the stuff well yes as I say he has a very cheeky side and couldn't resist adding the stuff at the end to grab your attention.. Can I call for advice?
Yes providing its motorcycle related, we can't give marriage guidance or financial advice it's just not us! We pride ourselves on been able to offer advice whether it by email or by phone. With great knowledge of our products and the fact we are keen motorcyclist helps us give good sound advice, feel free we are glad to assist.
