We do our best here at Sticky Stuff, but occasionally we will ruin your:

Christmas
Motorcycling holiday
Race / Track day
Child's birthday
Weekend

We get told this occasionally.....and we are sorry, but sorry doesn't fix things.

You see, we do everything we can to pack your tyres and despatch them in a timely manner, and yet, we can still ruin things for you. Sorry.
Here's how we do that.

We don't follow the courier driver around with a satnav, helping him to do his rounds as fast as possible and not get lost.
We don't maintain the courier's fleet of vans, to ensure they never ever break down.
We do not patrol the nations Highways to ensure a terrible collision can't shut the M6 for 10 hours, delaying courier lorries.
We do not remind you to order your tyres in advance so that they can still arrive before your deadline even if a delay happens.
We do not come around your house while you place your order, and say 'Hey you can choose fast postage if you're in a hurry!'

In those areas we are very lapse.

So please, help us to help you by ordering with time to spare, things can and do go wrong with couriers and it is an unfortunate part of life. Give yourself the best chance possible by ordering in advance, because if you leave it until the last minute and something does cause a delay it won't ruin your plans.

At the end of the day, we want the same thing as you do.... a happy conclusion to the transaction. We want you to get your tyres.
