Terms & Conditions
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Sticky Stuff
No contract exists between you and the Sticky Stuff for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and we send you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once we do so, there is a binding legal contract between us
The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (See Below)
We may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales
PRICES
All the prices shown in this Catalogue are correct at the time of last update
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found in the price we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel, we will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods
Items Incorrectly ordered or No longer required will be subject to a 15% handling fee before refunding.
Neither the carriage on dispatch or return will be refunded
TITLE TO GOODS SUPPLIED
Ownership of goods supplied shall remain with Sticky Stuff Distribution until payment
has been received in full and You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your goods next day but in some cases it may take 1-3 working days to receive the goods
(UK Mainland Only) Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 7 days of your order. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, We will inform you as soon as possible,
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will firstly inform you if you still wish to proceed we will then place it on back order.
You will be notified if a delay of more than five working days, to despatch is expected.
You have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
TAX CHARGES
VAT (UK purchases) is charged at 20% where applicable. Prices quoted will always include VAT
For overseas orders taxation & import charges may be payable on receipt of goods
RETURN OF GOODS
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days.
In the case of goods the 7 working days start from the day after the goods were received.
In the case of services the time starts when the contract was made.
Customers will have to pay for the return of the goods.
Where a customer exercises their right to cancel we will refund the money within 30 days.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, be undamaged and "as new".
You must email or contact us by phone for a returns note/reference if you need to send back goods.
Please contact us if you need to return any goods.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
COMPLAINTS
We promise to deal effectively with any complaints.
We aim to be fair, confidential and effective.
We will acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days and provide you with a likely timescale to resolve such matters.
We also promise to keep you informed about the progress of a complaint.
We will use any feedback, regarding a complaint, to identify and improve aspects of our services.

Sticky Stuff.co.uk do not disclose customer/buyer"s information to third parties.
When you place an order we need to obtain certain details.
These can include e-mail address, delivery address, mothers maiden name, credit or debit card number and the card"s expiry date.
This allows us to process your order and to notify you of the order status.
We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem.
In accordance with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage
and disclosure of information which you have given us.
Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity
before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

All credit/debit card are through Protox Secure Epayments system, no card numbers are stored within our databases or emails
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Sticky Stuff Distribution Supplies harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney"s fees asserted against Sticky Stuff Distribution, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service/product provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sticky Stuff against liabilities arising out of;
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Sticky Stuff Distribution
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement and
(4) any defective products sold to customer from Sticky Stuff Distribution
